The ratings and other information about Builder/Contractor found on our website are provided by users, not by us. We do not endorse or recommend any particular Builder/Contractor or Merchant. Any material you obtain from the service is used at your own risk, and we will not be liable for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with access or use of the service (except to the extent that such liability cannot be excluded by law).

The foregoing grants shall include the right to exploit any proprietary rights in such materials, including but not limited to rights under copyright, trademark, service mark or patent laws under any relevant jurisdiction. You also waive any moral rights you have in the materials. Do not post any materials on the service that you would not want us to use in this way.

It is your responsibility to select a builder/contractor to carry out any works you post jobs for or merchant you buy materials from and you accept that any arrangement entered into in respect of any job is a completely separate contract between you and the chosen individual and that we are in no way liable to you under any such contract.

Nothing in these terms of use excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury arising from our negligence, or our fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by English law.

To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all conditions, warranties, representations or other terms which may apply to our site or any content on it, whether express or implied.

We will not be liable to any user for any loss or damage, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, even if foreseeable, arising under or in connection with:
