Payment Terms & Refunds
When you sign up to use our service you agree to pay Vetted Trades a listed fee every time you buy a lead to tender for a job through our service, unless you have chosen our membership plan.
We will send you the job leads that match your specified work area and trade that will include the job description, estimated budget and postcode. The price of a job lead is clearly displayed on each lead page. Each job lead fee is calculated based on the likely size and value of the job.
When you sign up to use our service, you will be asked to select a Plan. You can either choose pay as you go which is listed lead fee (explained above) or you can choose a membership plan in which you pay weekly/monthly subscription to buy unlimited job leads that match your specified work area and trade. Our membership plans are subject to no minimum term, which means that you can cancel the membership and choose pay as you go service at any time.
Once you buy the lead, we will provide you with the necessary information for you to contact the Homeowner so you can provide a quote. For the avoidance of doubt, job leads provide you with the necessary Homeowner information to enable you to contact the relevant Homeowner and tender for their job. However, you understand that Vetted Trades cannot influence the outcome of any particular lead and does not guarantee that you will in fact be hired for that job or any other. Homeowners are free to select whom they like or even not to proceed with any particular job.
When paying for the service, it is important that your card details are valid and that you have sufficient funds available. You can update your payment details when making any purchase via our secure website.
You agree you are responsible for paying our invoices within the payment terms of the invoice.
Refunds are rarely given but may occasionally be offered at the discretion of Vetted Trades in a way of lead credit which may be applied only against the cost of purchased job leads. No refund is offered in the event that you do not obtain business from the leads generated.
You understand that we only accept payment by credit or debit card. By designating a card to be billed, you confirm that you are authorised to make such a purchase.
